Excalibur of Cowes is run and skippered by Valérie Fassotte and her team. Valérie is a professional deep sea diver ( from the famous French diving company COMEX) and Yacht Skipper. She is totally fluent in Norwegian, English and French.

Excalibur of Cowes is an Hatteras 58 YachtFish (18mx5m draught 1,80m) refit with the latest SIMRAD electronics equipments also with a stern deck equipped with a diver Lift, a 400Kg crane, a 300 bar Coltri HP compressor and an LP Coltri compressor, a Kirby Morgan with 55m umbilical and scuba gear, perfect for lauching an Seaeye Falcon type ROV. This deck (number 2) is dedicated for diving work, survey and research. Deck 1 for all extra research instrumentation, also a fully functioning office with Internet, Printer, Scanner and Copy machine.

Autonomy of 875 nautical miles; onboard accommodation for 5 +2 optional.
